I made a fantastic Baked Ziti dish last night. I wish I had taken a picture.
It turned out really well! It wasn’t vegan, but it was vegetarian.
I used:

Ronzoni Ziti

Ricotta Cheese
Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Classico Florentine Spinach and Cheese Sauce
Morning Star Farms Beef Crumbles

Clove Garlic
Onions
Salt/Pepper/Oregano
